| This
Coaching Review Record provides evidence of reflection
on practice for you to monitor your growth and goals over
time. It also provides evidence for the Commission on Teacher
Credentialing of feedback you received during Student Teaching.
In collaboration with your University Associate (UA), you
will be expected to complete a specific number of formal
coaching conference cycles. Each cycle consists of a Planning
Conference, Lesson Observation, and Review Conference with
written commentary. A Lesson Planner must be attached for
each cycle. (See course syllabus for due dates). |
