How to Access Software Programs in the DOE Labs     • The applications 'dock' is generally located at the bottom of the screen and has icons for the various software programs that are the most common types used on the lab machines.   • If you do not find the software you need double-click the 'Macintosh HD' directory in the top right hand corner of the screen.   • Choose the Applications folder on the hard drive.   • Choose the software you would like to use.
